Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating various CNC machines, including horizontal boring, lathe, milling, drilling, and lapping machines. The role requires technical proficiency in CNC operations and the ability to work efficiently within a contract-based employment structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programming:
- Develop and input CNC programs for various machine operations to meet production specifications.

2. Machine Setup:
- Set up machines such as horizontal boring, lathe, milling, drilling, and lapping machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

3. Machine Operation:
- Operate CNC machines efficiently to produce high-quality precision parts.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure production quality and safety.

4. Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of machines.
- Ensure the work environment is clean and safe according to company standards.

5. Quality Control:
- Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and tolerances.

6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and maintenance activities.
