Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Backend Developer

Responsibilities:
1. Ideate software solutions in collaboration with development teams and the CTO.
2. Maintain and enhance the current server-side architecture.
3. Update backend applications and databases following best practices and high security standards.
4. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
5. Write effective APIs.
6. Test software for responsiveness and efficiency.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
8. Implement security and data protection settings.
9. Write technical documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a remote setup.
- Ability to independently own and deliver features from start to finish.
- Understanding of writing tests and the value of automated testing.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot for APIs and Backend (mandatory).
- Experience in database (Postgres) and web server management (mandatory).
- Experience working with React (Web) is a plus.
- Experience working with Flutter is a plus.
- Experience with AWS (e.g., ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
