Job Title: Ophthalmologist (Specialist/Consultant)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our Medical Center in Bahrain. This role requires a dedicated specialist to provide comprehensive eye care and advanced surgical procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Patient Care:
- Consult with, diagnose, and provide routine care to ophthalmic patients.
- Perform corrective surgeries, including repairing injuries and corneas, and removing cataracts.
- Conduct advanced surgical procedures such as Phaco, LASIK, SMILE PRO, and retinal cases.

- Diagnostic & Treatment:
- Diagnose and treat various eye diseases and injuries.
- Manage emergency eye clinics, outpatient clinics, or other specialist eye clinics.
- Address and treat medical disorders that affect vision through a holistic approach.

- Clinical Management:
- Provide high-quality care in both routine and emergency situations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology to offer state-of-the-art treatment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualifications:
- MBBS, MS/MD, or DNB in Ophthalmology is mandatory.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in ophthalmology.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in both routine and advanced ophthalmic procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work effectively in emergency and outpatient settings.
