Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the fashion or product sector, and will play a key role in driving revenue and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the fashion/products being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes as needed.

- Market Analysis:
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales tactics.

- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Must be based in Bahrain and have relevant experience in the local market.

- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
