Job Description
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - Cybersecurity
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Service Delivery Manager - Cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cybersecurity projects and support functions, leading teams, and building client relationships. This role requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to foster customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project & Support Delivery Excellence:
- Project Management:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize project management skills to manage timelines, resources, risks, and issues with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Foster effective communication channels to ensure clear project expectations and objectives are understood by all stakeholders.
2. Team Management:
- Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of project delivery professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective collaboration.
- Define and follow KPIs aligning with organizational and business unit deliverables.
- Report on the progress of all KPIs related to service delivery.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Act as the escalation point for all projects and support engagements.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Client Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for Bahrain-based customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.
- Understand customer needs and ensure solutions and services align with their expectations.
- Guide the team in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service based on in-depth understanding of customer requirements.
4. Presales Collaboration:
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive presales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Utilize technical expertise to articulate the value proposition of offerings and address customer inquiries during the presales phase.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and service delivery.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IGA) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Good knowledge of the following technologies:
- Identity, Governance & Administration Solutions: Monofor, Sailpoint
- Privilege Identity Solutions: Cyberark
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Solutions: Camms, Archer
- Additional Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in presales activities and technical solution presentations.
- Ability to drive strategic objectives and ensure high standards of service delivery.
