Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle numerous inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Ensure adherence to the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Be well-versed in company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Immediate Joiners
- Age Limit – 30 years
- High school diploma or similar qualification
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Call Center
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
