Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making selections.
- Hiring Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine recruitment strategies.
- Talent Attraction: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent through employer branding, recruitment marketing, and outreach programs.
- Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance providers to manage member additions, deletions, endorsements, invoicing, payments, claims, and consolidations.
- Documentation Management: Prepare disciplinary letters and organize various documentation both physically and electronically in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Staff Transfers: Coordinate staff transfers efficiently and maintain up-to-date records.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure compensation and benefits align with company policies and current government regulations.
- Transport and Accommodation: Coordinate with various departments and liaise with the CRM team to record and update accurate transport and accommodation details as per staff eligibility.
- Employee Sim Management: Monitor and allocate employee SIM requests, ensuring accuracy in records and account management.
- Task Completion: Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated time frames and with high accuracy.
- HRIS and Payroll: Prepare paperwork and HRIS entries needed to create new employee profiles and ensure they are placed on payroll. Assist in payroll processes including overtime, advances, loans, leave calculations, allowances, EOS gratuity, and final settlements.
- Attendance and Grievances: Track and manage duty resumptions, attendances, and related grievances.
- Employee Separation: Assist with the smooth and efficient employee separation process.
- Appraisal Process: Assist and ensure a smooth appraisal process for employees.
- Probationary Reviews: Track the probationary periods of employees and ensure timely completion of probationary reviews.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions and duties.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR role with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with employees at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
