Job Description:

Site Inspection, Installation, and Training:
- Conduct site inspections for ATM installations.
- Ensure sites meet ATM requirements.
- Install ATMs according to bank specifications.
- Provide training to customers/custodians on the usage of new ATMs.

ATM Hardware & Software Support:
- Attend service calls within agreed SLA times.
- Provide on-site technical service for hardware and software.
- Offer technical phone support for CIT and custodians.
- Analyze and diagnose ATM/Cheque handler faults.
- Increase first-time fixes and overall ATM uptime.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per PM plan.

Coordinate with Logistics and Service Calls:
- Track spare part consumption.
- Coordinate with logistics for spare parts.
- Communicate with service desk for service call coordination.
- Update service desk on call progress/resolution.
- Inform team leader of any difficulties/delays in the field.

Workshop Repair and Additional Duties:
- Perform workshop repairs on spare parts meeting supplier standards.
- Prepare and inspect new ATMs.
- Participate in project rollouts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or IT.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an ATM field support engineer.
