Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician
1. Inspection and Maintenance:
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all mechanical installations and systems.
- Maintain and repair mechanical fixtures and fittings.
2. Fire Fighting Systems:
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair installations related to fire fighting and fire water pressurization systems.
3. Sewage Systems and Equipment:
- Maintain and service sewage systems, pumps, aerator installations, and related equipment.
4. Preventive Maintenance:
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
5. Safety Compliance:
- Be thoroughly familiar with all safety regulations at work and adhere to them meticulously.
6. Cleanliness and Appearance:
- Observe and maintain cleanliness at the workplace and ensure a tidy appearance, especially in guest areas.
7. Flexibility and Rotation:
- Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within different subsections of the Engineering Department.
8. Other Duties:
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor and the Assistant Director of Engineering.
