Job Overview:

As a Spa Receptionist at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will serve as an ambassador for exceptional spa services. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of the outstanding offerings will make guests feel unique and valued.

Responsibilities:

Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts for guests while providing exceptional service.

Ensure individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations.

Actively participate in various areas of spa operations, including body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.

Address queries from spa guests and members.

Manage the booking system by scheduling and canceling appointments.

Provide advice on spa facilities to guests and potential members.

Issue robes, lockers, and towels.

Promote hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance guests' stays through upselling.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Spa Receptionist in a reputable spa.

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Multilingual skills, with Russian/Arabic language proficiency being a plus.

A service-focused personality is essential, and previous experience is an asset.

Experience in spa retail sales.
