Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Management & Collections:
- Handle collections efficiently, following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with KSA regulations.
2. General Administration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative tasks and queries.
- Perform administrative duties including managing petty cash, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with different departments to support office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of company records and documents.
3. Event Management:
- Identify opportunities for company events, including client engagements, seminars, and internal activities.
- Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to execution, handling all logistics smoothly.
- Manage bookings, liaise with venues, vendors, and service providers as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and manage accounts.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driving license in KSA is preferred.
- Personal Attributes:
- Approachable, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
