Job Title: SCRUM Master - Banking Experience

We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master with a strong background in Corporate Digital Banking projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading Agile teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management:
- Lead the execution of Corporate Digital Banking projects, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Conduct and facilitate internal and external meetings to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment on project estimates and budget figures.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project management tools (SDLC, IT Infrastructure), and compliance with the master project plan.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

- Project Planning:
- Create detailed project plans at multiple levels, including a baseline plan, and ensure alignment with project owners and stakeholders.
- Oversee the interaction with internal IT teams to ensure adherence to the adopted project framework and defined release cycles.

- Resource Management:
- Ensure resource availability and conduct capacity reviews to effectively assign project activities and allocate resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing Corporate Banking projects, with a focus on digital banking initiatives.
- Strong ability to coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, particularly within SDLC and IT Infrastructure frameworks.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and align project teams on estimations and budget requirements.
- Exceptional ability to develop and manage project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.

- Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a SCRUM Master in a banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM principles.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
