Job Title: Supply Chain Planner (Saudization)

Transguard Workforce Solutions, a leading provider of HR solutions in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner (Saudization) for our client based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient supply chain operations by performing quality checks, managing inventory, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Material Planning & Quality Checks:
- Perform quality checks on material planning master data (lead time, ETA, etc.).
- Issue distribution orders within agreed timelines to meet branch demand.
- Follow up on supplier PO back orders and update ETA in the system.

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Participate in allocation calls and emails with Sales, Sourcing Managers, suppliers, and other entities to understand constraints and their impact.
- Support the Warehouse team with requests for warehouse space.
- Work with suppliers to reduce lead times and optimize order quantities, balancing supply with demand.

- Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planners to reposition excess inventory to locations with supporting demand.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on inventory availability and back order recovery plans.

- Compliance & Documentation:
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations; engage in HSE training.
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Work with Quality to address non-conforming material issues promptly.
- Document, communicate, and follow up on action items impacting plan execution.

- Process Improvement:
- Support the Deliver Supplier Improvement Process initiative to enhance performance metrics.
- Execute supply plan releases with assigned strategic or complex suppliers to support the demand plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates with knowledge of Material Requirement Planning, data analysis, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge in materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
