Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of bakery products, including breads, pastries, and cakes, while ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. The Baker will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely production while maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and appearance.
- Decorate and present baked goods attractively for customer presentation.
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures for optimal baking results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet production goals and deliver baked goods on time.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including the ordering and replenishing of baking supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry shop.
- Proficient in various baking techniques, with solid knowledge of ingredients and equipment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Physical stamina and endurance to work long shifts, standing for extended periods.
