Job Title: HR Executive - Recruitment
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive - Recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the organization.
- Job Posting & Sourcing:
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals (Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management:
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work by effectively communicating our values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Networking:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to the HR Manager and other stakeholders to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within [specific industry, if applicable].
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms (Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., ATS systems).
- Preferred Attributes:
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
