Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and crafting job descriptions accordingly.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Conducting thorough reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards to expand candidate pipelines.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment processes.
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in talent acquisition or HR are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability and address recruitment challenges effectively.
