Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective clients seeking immigration services.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and provide personalized immigration solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular updates throughout their immigration process.
- Effectively manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all interactions and documentation are logged for future reference.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients using persuasive communication and excellent sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the immigration process.
- Stay informed about immigration regulations, processes, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
