Job Title: IT Support

Responsibilities:

- Resolve IT support requests from employees efficiently and effectively.
- Address employee inquiries regarding computer systems and provide clear, accurate information.
- Gather and analyze data to diagnose issues with computer systems, ensuring quick and precise problem resolution.
- Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computer-related issues.
- Manage the onboarding process by generating sign-ins for new hires.
- Install new software and hardware drivers, as well as update existing ones as necessary.
- Keep employees informed about the status of their service requests.
- Log all service requests and update tickets regularly to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support (Required)
