Job Title: Production Helper

Roles & Responsibilities

Production Prep:
- Ensure raw materials (RM) and accessories are prepared before the start of production.

Production:
- Ensure that the packaging of finished goods meets the established standards.
- Coordinate with the Operator to ensure production is efficient, safe, and of high quality.
- Work with the QHSE Team to conduct in-line quality testing of products.
- Immediately inform the Operator of any deviations in product quality or machinery functioning.

Maintenance:
- Assist the Operator with autonomous and routine maintenance of machinery, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.

Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hygiene wear during production.

Teamwork:
- Communicate clearly with the team and carry out tasks delegated by the Operator.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Safety: Ensure personal safety and report any unsafe actions by team members to the Operator.
- Production: Responsible for the packing and packaging of produced items.
- Finished Goods Condition: Ensure the condition of finished goods during production runs.
- Production Area: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned production area.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the GCC is required.
- Skills: Ability to work effectively in GCC conditions.
- Qualifications: Relevant experience in production and maintenance tasks.
