Roles & Responsibilities

- Exhibition Events:
- Ensure the smooth delivery of exhibition events and stands, overseeing all event-related tasks and client satisfaction during execution.

- Event Tracking:
- Track all upcoming shows and events to ensure timely and effective management.

- Onsite Management:
- Manage manpower with the foreman as required or personally oversee onsite projects during busy schedules.

- Coordination:
- Coordinate with the factory for stand works, including walling and other structural needs.

- Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges, being available 24/7 upon request.

- Cost Management:
- Take responsibility for cost reduction in transportation and logistics.

- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve all issues, whether big or small, ensuring smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- License: A valid UAE driver's license.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, proven ability to manage projects, and coordinate with various teams.
- Nationality: Open to any nationality.
