Job Title: Promotional Venue Executive

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for attracting new customers and helping the company reach revenue targets by making product presentations, approaching potential customers, answering their questions, and understanding their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition:
- Play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

- Promotional Distribution:
- Distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, and emails in a friendly and approachable manner.

- Product Knowledge:
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company, product, service, or idea being promoted.

- Promotion Creation:
- Help create buzz and excitement around all promotions and encourage sharing and support on social media platforms.

- Customer Interaction:
- Answer customer questions and concerns about products, provide information on purchasing, and develop rapport with potential customers.

- Brand Awareness:
- Build brand awareness and act as a committed brand ambassador.

- Goal Setting:
- Set sales and promotional goals, including building customer contact lists.

- Effective Interaction:
- Interact effectively with customers to encourage them to learn more about the product and address their needs and concerns.
