Job Title: QHSE Officer - Receiving and Dispatch

Roles & Responsibilities

- Inspection and Verification:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and components upon arrival.
- Verify that incoming materials meet specified quality standards and compliance requirements.

- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address any quality issues identified during inspections.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee the accurate picking and packing of orders.

- Quality Control Procedures:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for order verification and dispatch.
- Address any discrepancies in orders promptly and implement corrective measures.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality checks, and corrective actions taken.
- Generate regular reports on quality performance and share findings with relevant stakeholders.

- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency in quality control processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of single-use items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.

- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with certifications.

- Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
