Receptionist
Job Summary:
A Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients. The Receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about available vehicles, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as necessary.
Phone Management:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient in a timely manner.
- Provide basic information to callers, such as dealership hours and location.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and emails to the appropriate recipients.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to provide seamless support to customers.
- Send the required reports to the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist (preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in English (preferred).
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Sharjah before starting work (preferred).
