Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Engineer | Scales and Weighing Systems

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate Sales Activities:
- Manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Handle Inquiries:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and website chat promptly and professionally.

Prepare & Send Quotations/PI:
- Draft and send accurate quotations or Proforma Invoices to potential clients.

Collaborate with Sales Team:
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.

Follow-up:
- Coordinate with operations and back-office teams to ensure timely deliveries and services.

Order Processing:
- Efficiently manage order processing, including handling e-commerce orders.

Create Invoices & Delivery Orders:
- Generate all necessary documentation for order fulfillment, including invoices and delivery orders.

Documentation:
- Prepare essential documents such as Packing Lists (PL) and Certificates of Origin (COO).

Support Business Development:
- Assist in various business and product development tasks to drive growth.

Maintain Records:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare Reports:
- Assist in preparing comprehensive sales reports and forecasts.

Technical Sales Support:
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, helping them choose the right product.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and service coordination within related products/industries.
- Product Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp our products and services.
- Organized: Highly disciplined and organized to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Skills: Fast self-learner, confident, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
- Language: Fluent in English with a clear accent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel for preparing quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.
- Online Search: Good online search skills.
- Communication: Very good in business communication.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Location: Easy access to Business Bay and International City, or own transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Product Awareness: Good overall awareness of mechatronics products.
- Education: University/Diploma degree (attested) in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields.
- Technical Support: Experience in technical support is a plus.

Hybrid Work Model: Senior team members can work from home part-time and use our serviced office network as needed.
