Job Title: Sales Engineer - Material Handling Equipment / Racking Systems

Roles & Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership:
- Lead all sales activities for Intralogistics Solutions products, including racking systems, material handling equipment (MHE), loading bay systems, access equipment, cleaning equipment, warehouse automation, and software products.

- Revenue and Profitability:
- Achieve budgeted volume, sales revenue, income, and profitability targets.

- Market Share Expansion:
- Increase market share for ATCOLIFT, ATCORACK, and ATCO CLEAN products, as well as other dealership products within the assigned region or territory.

- Sales & Marketing Management:
- Manage all sales and marketing activities, including documentation and competition analysis.

- Sales Tracking:
- Track all sales activities, including key account management, CRM, inquiries & sales leads, and open quotations.

- Customer Management:
- Focus on customer retention and introduce new customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering for material handling equipment and racking systems.

- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of material handling equipment and racking systems.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools.
- Fluency in English and other relevant languages.

- Additional Requirements:
- UAE driving license holder preferred.
