Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to secure favorable deals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and stay informed about market trends.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Sales Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with industry-specific experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
