Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive - Printed Education Materials

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process for printed textbooks and related educational products, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of the products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet client needs and align with organizational goals.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, set and achieve sales targets.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries related to textbooks and educational products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products.
- Travel Requirements: Travel extensively across the UAE to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in educational sales, preferably in higher education, focusing on printed textbooks and related products or similar items.
- Sales Track Record: Proven field sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Education, or Marketing.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and car.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE and engage in field sales activities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
