Job Title: Sales Promoter

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product information.

- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.

- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs and concerns.

- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the relevant field preferred.

- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

- Education:
