Job Title: Transaction Monitoring Officer

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Transaction Monitoring Officers to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidates will have solid expertise in Transaction Monitoring (Level 2) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, preferably within the banking sector. This role requires individuals with a keen understanding of financial crime compliance and the ability to ensure effective monitoring of transactions to detect suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transaction Monitoring (Level 2):
Conduct thorough transaction monitoring at Level 2 to identify suspicious activities and potential violations of AML regulations.

- Banking and AML Experience:
Utilize banking experience to assess and monitor transactions in line with AML/CTF policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- AML Compliance:
Ensure a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering processes and policies, contributing to the organization’s commitment to preventing financial crime.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Financial Crime Compliance Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in AML and transaction monitoring.
