Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standard performance manual.
- Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and provide advice to guests.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served consistently.
- Practice excellent customer relations and address customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet, overseeing service equipment upkeep.
- Handle service preparations before, during, and after the service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scene).
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Utilize upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and boost revenue.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
- Good command of English and additional skills in guest service and interpersonal communication.
