Job Title: Plumbing Inspector

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inspection Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and installations for Aramco projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Evaluate plumbing installations for adherence to relevant codes and standards, including Uniform Plumbing Code or equivalent.
- Review and verify that plumbing work meets project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

- Quality Assurance:
- Apply quality system standards and methods during inspections to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Document and report inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with project teams to address and rectify any quality issues identified during inspections.

- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all plumbing work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.

- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and codes to perform inspections effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations based on inspection findings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant inspection discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing inspection.
- Alternatively, a two-year industrial/technical college diploma plus at least 8 years of relevant inspection experience.

- Experience and Knowledge:
- Proven working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and standards such as the Uniform Plumbing Code or equivalent.

- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in inspection processes.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with project teams.
- Ability to identify and address quality issues promptly and accurately.
