Job Title: F&B Service Expert (Outlet Captain)
Position Summary:

As an F&B Service Expert, also known as Outlet Captain, you will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of services to ensure our guests enjoy their meals. This includes setting tables, communicating effectively with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Your interactions will make dining an integral part of our guests' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Set and prepare tables for service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding guest orders and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including work stations and supplies.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to create a safe workplace.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Perform various physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Manage menu items, read and verify information, and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
