Job Description: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budget plans for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project details.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals.
- Monitor project expenses and track cost variations.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports.
- Evaluate change orders and maintain documentation.
- Participate in site visits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve cost-related issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience in road construction projects.
- Residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Immediate availability.
