Job Title: Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

- Prepare patient files for documentation, checking, and record vital signs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure proper medical attention to patients, including administering IV fluids, injections, and other medications.
- Follow strict guidelines to keep confidential data safe and secure from third parties or unauthorized personnel.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and document provided care services.
- Collaborate with medical staff and doctors to provide excellent healthcare treatment for patients.

Work Details:

Q Care Nurses are licensed under the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar, handling discharged patients from Hamad General Hospital. Nurses are responsible for the aftercare of patients following clearance from the hospital. The healthcare professional will be in the patient's home, ensuring a professional setup and a focus solely on nursing duties. Duties assigned at the hospital will be the same as those performed at the patient's home.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience after the registration of Bachelor's Degree Holders.

Duty Hours:

- 12 hours every day (8 hours work + 3 hours overtime + 1 hour break), 6 days a week, with one weekly off on a rotational basis.

Transportation & Accommodation:

- The company will provide transportation and accommodation. Nurses will not stay at the patient's house.

Prometric & Dataflow:

- Prefer applicants with Prometric & Dataflow for QCHP license in Qatar. If not available, applicants can attend the interview and start the process after an offer letter is issued.

Air Ticket:

- The company will provide the joining and return ticket.

Skills:

- Proven nursing experience of at least 2 years.
- Professional education in the field of Nursing from a prestigious university.
- Excellent communication with patients and other medical staff, understanding the needs of a particular situation.
- Efficient multi-tasker with the ability to perform tasks in an organized manner.
- Good interpersonal skills with an understanding of emotions for taking sufficient care of patients.
- Excellent teamwork and people skills.
