Job Description

Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

Experience with accounting software and data entry, especially Tally and Excel.

Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.

Ability to work independently.

Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our finance department by ensuring accurate and efficient recording and management of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Recording all accounting transactions related to sales and purchases.

Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and delivery notes.

Preparing sales invoices and delivery notes.

Maintaining tracking records of customers and suppliers.

Reconciling customer receivables and supplier payables and receivables.

Recording day-to-day expenses.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and data entry, with a strong emphasis on Tally and Excel.

Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including GAAP.

Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage accounting tasks.

Strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and precise financial recording.
