Tetra Pak Technical Staff

As a Tetra Pak Equipment Technician/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing Tetra Pak equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on Tetra Pak equipment, with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.

Coordinating with customers to schedule service visits, ensuring timely completion of repairs.

Providing technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are well-versed in the operation and maintenance of Tetra Pak equipment.

Conducting equipment installations and start-ups, verifying proper functioning and performance.

Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer interactions.

Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or replacements.

Staying updated on the latest advancements in Tetra Pak technology and industry best practices.

Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during service visits and installations.

Assisting in the development of service manuals and documentation.

Providing feedback to the engineering team on equipment performance and potential improvements.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Technician/Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of Tetra Pak filling equipment, including but not limited to TBA/8, TBA/19, TBA/22, A3 Compact flex, A3 Flex, and A3 Speed.

Proficiency in Tetra Pak distribution equipment, including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers, and Cardboard packers.

Knowledge and skills in automation platforms such as GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley.

Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
