Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Take and serve orders efficiently.

- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.

2. Order Accuracy:

- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders.

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

3. Table Maintenance:

- Set up and clear tables promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

4. Customer Relations:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Provide a positive and memorable dining experience.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist colleagues during peak hours.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiter/waitress role.

- Proficiency in language skills, both verbal and written.

- Must be currently available in the UAE.
