Role Description

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be a crucial part of our organization's success, responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day warehouse activities, covering receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

Efficiently organizing and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing carrying costs.

Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to ensure a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Implementing and improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Monitoring and managing performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.

Collaborating with other departments, particularly procurement and transportation, to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities within the warehouse.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in warehouse management in an industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in warehousing.
