Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Quality Control:
- Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

- Conflict Resolution:
- Handle and resolve conflicts or issues that arise among the cleaning staff professionally and efficiently.

- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Utilize IT skills for administrative tasks and reporting as required.

- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to accommodate facility requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Education: Graduate level qualification.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Technical proficiency relevant to the role, including IT skills for administrative functions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
