Client Relationship Manager

Description:

Marsh UAE is seeking candidates for the position of Client Relationship Manager based in the Abu Dhabi/Dubai office.

The role involves acting as a focal point for a large book of business, coordinating various areas of Marsh to deliver superior service and advice to clients. The Client Relationship Manager will lead in client relationship management, offering expertise, project management, negotiation skills, and a commitment to excellence. The role offers a collaborative working environment, with ample training and coaching provided both on and off the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Benefits Expertise:
- Lead relationships with existing and new clients, formulating regional benefits strategies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the regional benefits landscape.
- Foster strong client relationships, comprehending their business and employee benefits philosophy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries from clients globally.
- Conduct benefits benchmarking and produce quarterly claims analytics reports.

Market Insight & Relationship Building:
- Gain a deep understanding of insurers' service propositions and capabilities.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships within the insurance market.
- Engage in discussions with underwriters regarding claims and funding for clients.
- Participate in negotiations on insurer service level agreements.

Portfolio Growth & Business Development:
- Identify prospects and explore opportunities for expanding within existing clients.
- Collaborate with other organizational practices for cross-selling opportunities.

Process Compliance & Financial Targets:
- Adhere to internal servicing guidelines to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual retention and new business targets.
- Record and report revenues on a monthly basis.

Leadership & Communication:
- Lead, motivate, and train team members.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal and external units globally.
- Generate innovative ideas and proactively address outstanding issues.

Ad Hoc Projects:
- Undertake assigned tasks and projects as directed by senior leadership.
