Job Title: Creative Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design Development:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for luxury products, including customized packaging, boxes, and perfume bottles.
- Create detailed 3D models using software like Blender, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Production, and Sales teams to ensure designs align with brand objectives and customer needs.
- Refine designs based on feedback from the company and customers.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards.

- Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, especially within the luxury product market.
- Prepare and present designs to the Chairman.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the highest quality of design output, paying close attention to detail in the final production of each product.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, Rhino, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

- Creative Skills:
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into innovative product designs.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
