Position: Female Relationship Officer
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Female Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and assistance.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients at all touchpoints.
3. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and business performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- UAE residency and familiarity with Abu Dhabi market preferred.
