Position Title: Hostess

As a Hostess, your responsibilities include:

Warmly and courteously greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to designated/reserved tables. Bidding farewell to guests when they leave.
Estimating wait times and handing pagers when the restaurant is full.
Maintaining a guest history record of birthdays, special occasions, and preferences of regular guests. Using this information to provide personalized service.
Monitoring reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions.
Regularly checking the reservation book for the next meal reservation.
Ensuring that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, and outside food policies are accurately conducted.

Qualifications:

Open to Arabic speakers.
Female, 25-35 years old.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel restaurant, mid-high end café, or bistro is preferred.
