Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring they feel immediately at home and settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere.
2. Safely transport clients in a comfortable and timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
3. Maintain the appearance of the hotel entrance and vehicles, arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services to uphold the hotel's image.
4. Plan routes based on road and traffic conditions, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
5. Provide a positive first impression of the hotel to all passers-by and visitors, welcoming and greeting them warmly.
6. Show flexibility and creativity in addressing guests' special requests and challenges, ensuring their experience is flawless.
7. Collaborate with luggage porters, doormen, and other drivers to optimize guest service delivery.
