Position Title: Inventory Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Inventory Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies within our healthcare or retail environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels of medications and pharmaceutical supplies to ensure their availability for patient care.
- Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Optimizing inventory processes to meet patient needs while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical inventory management.
- Collaborating effectively with pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate inventory needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Current State Pharmacy License or eligibility in good standing.
- Proven experience in an Inventory Pharmacist role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in utilizing computerized inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to pharmaceutical inventory management.
