Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:
Responsible for handling front office and administrative tasks, providing administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office by appropriately directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates, and customers.
- Screen incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take accurate and complete messages.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office Boys.
- Order and manage office stationery supplies.
- Book meeting rooms as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide general office/administrative duties such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, and payment request preparation.
- Monitor and arrange monthly dues related to the office (Electricity, Internet, etc.).
- Handle travel, air ticket, and hotel arrangements when required.
- Update and monitor the office’s attendance record.
- Assist HR, Facility, and Finance Department in administrative tasks.

Required Skillset:
- Minimum secondary school level education, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least one year of working experience in a related field.
- Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
