Job Title: Store Manager

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team of salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers while ensuring that the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
Managing finances and preparing an annual budget.
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
