Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.

2. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.

4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to build rapport and trust.

5. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.

6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

7. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, and conversions, using CRM software.

9. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tele sales techniques to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
