Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance with contract terms, and track orders and assets to maintain operational efficiency. The role requires effective coordination with vendors and internal teams to uphold service standards and address issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Interaction: Engage with suppliers to manage contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and resolving any discrepancies.
2. Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of all orders to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain a smooth supply chain.
3. Ticket Review: Regularly review and resolve service tickets to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Asset Coordination: Collaborate with the asset management team to verify the availability and readiness of assets and items, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
