Position Title: Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing photos and videos for various projects, including social media ads. This role involves interpreting client business needs, developing design concepts, and actively contributing to videography and photography sessions across different industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit photos and videos for projects, with a focus on creating engaging social media ads.

2. Handle project-related administration tasks, including photography, document formatting, and spreadsheet creation.

3. Interpret client business needs and develop creative concepts to align with their objectives.

4. Develop comprehensive design briefs by conducting thorough research and gathering relevant information.

5. Think creatively to generate innovative ideas and concepts for multimedia projects.

6. Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or management upon request.

7. Contribute ideas and storyboards to videography and photography sessions for clients spanning various industries.

8. Conduct videos and photoshoots for all company business, both internally and for external clients.

9. Utilize software tools such as Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Premier, Final Cut, After Effects, and Flash for multimedia editing.

10. Develop interactive design elements to enhance user engagement.

11. Collaborate closely with graphic designers and photographers to achieve cohesive project outcomes.

12. Demonstrate expertise in creating and editing motion graphics using various software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro X (Mac).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in multimedia editing and design.

2. Proficiency in multimedia software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro X, and other relevant applications.

3. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Knowledge of motion graphics and interactive design principles.

7. Experience in conducting videos and photoshoots.

8. Familiarity with various multimedia formats and industry trends.
